7. Can provide and process information in response to enquiries, requests and concerns about services and vehicles.

8. Can handle ordering stock and supplies for your business.

9. Are able to carry out after sales surveys for businesses to enquire about whether the customer requires further assistance with their purchase such as maintenance or help understanding their warranty etc.

10. All agents have general knowledge on all vehicles, their parts and features.

Any company can have a good customer service/sales team, but here at Kacicall only exceptional is acceptable!
