Our team are fully trained and can assist customers with the following :

2. Collecting customers and vehicles details.
3. Arrange towing if needed.
4. Assisting customers with temporary transportation until their vehicle is fixed.
5. Process customer’s invoices.
6. Order spare parts for cars, vans, lorry’s, motorbikes and buses.
7. Can provide and process information in response to enquiries, requests and concerns about services and vehicles.
8. Can handle ordering stock and supplies for your business.
9. Are able to carry out after sales surveys for businesses to enquire about whether the customer requires further assistance with their purchase such as maintenance or help understanding their warranty etc.
10. All agents have general knowledge on all vehicles, their parts and features.
